Thank you for supporting our curation studio! We work directly with independent designers and premium fulfillment partners globally to bring you unique, low-run workspace upgrades at accessible prices.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our processing and transit timelines outlined below.

1. Order Processing Timelines

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to verify, quality-check, and pack your items before they enter transit.

  • Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Reminder: As noted in our Return Policy, orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment is cleared.

2. Estimated Shipping & Transit Times Because our curated custom keycaps and desk aesthetics ship directly from our specialized international fulfillment partners, transit times vary based on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Europe & Select International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Note: While most packages arrive on the shorter end of these estimates, delivery may occasionally take longer during high-volume holiday seasons, extreme weather events, or due to local customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Upgrade You don't have to guess where your order is. As soon as your package is handed off to the postal carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to you. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to update its status.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, or local customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these government fees or any unexpected delays caused by customs clearing processes.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages Your investment is completely secure with us. In the rare event that your package encounters severe logistical delays and does not successfully arrive within 30 business days of its shipment date, please contact us at customerservice@retrodeskstudio.com. We will immediately initiate a tracking investigation and arrange a full replacement or refund for you.
