Orders & Payments
How can I contact you? You can email us at customerservice@retrodeskstudio.com, and our customer support team will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we utilize an automated system that immediately transmits your order directly to our fulfillment studios, all sales are final once placed. We cannot accommodate modifications, cancellations, or change-of-mind requests after checkout.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as PayPal.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? We work directly with curated design studios and premium fulfillment partners globally to bring you unique, low-run workspace upgrades. Shipping directly from our creators allows us to offer incredible custom keycap sets and decor at accessible prices.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and many European countries, as well as select international destinations. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, drop us a line and we’ll check for you.
When will my order be processed? Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, quality-checking, and packaging before your order enters transit. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order? To bring you custom boutique designs directly from our creators, shipping times vary by location. Most orders arrive beautifully at your doorstep within 10–20 business days. Delivery may occasionally take a bit longer during peak seasons or due to local customs processing.
What if I don't receive my order? Your investment is completely secure. If your package encounters severe logistical delays and has not successfully arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please reach out to us and we will immediately arrange a full replacement or refund.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes? Depending on your country, local customs fees or import duties may apply once your package arrives. These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Defective Items
How do I return an item? Because our custom keycap sets and desk accessories are limited-run, curated collections, we enforce a strict All Sales Are Final policy. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds/store credit for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or layout incompatibility. Please carefully review your keyboard’s layout, switch compatibility, and sizing before finalizing your purchase.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We want your setup to look perfect. We only replace or refund items if they arrive physically damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped. To qualify, you must email us at customerservice@retrodeskstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear, unedited photographic proof of the damage along with a photo of the original shipping label.
When will I receive my refund for a damaged item? Once a damaged or incorrect item claim is verified and approved by our support team, refunds are credited back to your original payment method. They typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days, depending entirely on your bank or payment provider.

Small Components: Our custom keycap sets, keycap pullers, switches, and decorative desk accessories consist of small pieces. These items are strictly intended for adult use and workspace decoration. Keep all loose components entirely out of reach of infants, toddlers, and domestic pets.

Suffocation Hazard: To avoid danger of suffocation, keep all plastic packaging bags and protective wrappings away from babies, children, and pets. Do not use these bags in cribs, beds, carriages, or playpens.

Safe Handling: Ensure your keycaps are firmly pressed down and completely installed onto your keyboard switches to prevent loose pieces from detaching during handling.
